On the 5th Day of Christmas –
God has called you Blessed.
Luke 1:42-45 “Elizabeth gave a glad cry and exclaimed to Mary, “God has blessed you above all women, and your child is blessed. Why am I so honored, that the mother of my Lord should visit me? When I heard your greeting, the baby in my womb jumped for joy. You are blessed because you believed that the Lord would do what he said.”

Mary has been visited by an Angel and impregnated by the Holy Spirit. She trusted God even with the chance of being ostracized by her betrothed and possibly family. And now has run to see her relative Elizabeth to hopefully be comforted in her situation.
Whenever I follow through on what the Lord wants me to do, I still desire to know at least one person with wisdom agrees with the decision I’ve made. But no matter the circumstances or the unrest I might feel, God has called me blessed.
And He has blessed you too!
He has blessed you because you believed what He said was true. He has blessed you because you believe in His Son and that He is the Lord of Lord, Our Savior, and God.
Psalm 23:4-5 “Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me. You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies. You honor me by anointing my head with oil. My cup overflows with blessings.”
