On the 3rd Day of Christmas –
Nothing is Impossible with God.
Luke 1:34-37 “Then Mary said to the angel, “How can this be, since I do not know a man?” And the angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God. Now indeed, Elizabeth your relative has also conceived a son in her old age; and this is now the sixth month for her who was called barren. For with God nothing will be impossible.”

Here’s sweet Mary, betrothed to her one and only Joseph, yet they haven’t consummated their vows yet. She’s so confused and rightly so, but God sends her an angel and assures her that this is only possible because God and the Holy Spirit will be the one to come upon her.
Sometimes when praying I know immediately that the Holy Spirit just moved within me. Lliterally move me and go to whatever or whomever I was praying for. The Lord hears and answers all my prayers how He sees fit, but sometimes He just answers in the immediacy of the moment and I feel it. For me, I trust it’s the Holy Spirit that’s abiding in me and moving me, just like the Holy Spirit came upon Mary and raised Jesus from the dead.
Romans 1:4 “and he was shown to be the Son of God when he was raised from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit. He is Jesus Christ our Lord.”
